A car collided with the gate of a house, with another vehicle parked nearby. A woman walking ahead came to investigate the situation. As she got closer to the black car, it suddenly surged forward, striking her and causing her to fall. The car drove on, just missing her while she lay on the pavement, her leg only inches from the tires. Luckily, she was not struck.
